Grandma used to make this. Still yummy.

Rhubarb Sauce

Rhubarb Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup sugar

In a large skillet melt butter over high heat. Stir in rhubarb and sugar and continue to cook, stirring constantly until tender, 5-10 minutes. Serve warm. Also would be good over ice cream.
